At the present time, we participate in the following health insurance programs:

 

• Doylestown Hospital Associates

• Traditional Medicare (red, white and blue card), not Advantage Programs

• TriCare (Humana Military)

We will provide an invoice containing all of the information needed for your insurance company to process your visit as an out-of-network service. Please consult your insurance benefits regarding coverage which varies greatly. Generally HMO plans will not reimburse at all for our services but many PPO and indemnity plans will pay a significant portion of our charges.

We accept personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. If you choose to pay with cash, we request that you bring the exact amount. We expect payment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
