Our practice, and all of the clinicians when providing services here, are out-of-network in all commercial insurance programs with the exception of the employee plan of Penn Medicine (including Doylestown Health) where we are in-network providers .
We do not participate in any Medicaid programs. We will continue to provide services to our existing TRICARE patients and will accept in-network fees.
Dr. Nover, Ms. Shuart, Ms. Decker, Dr. Haaz, and Ms. Rosenblum participate in Traditional Medicare Programs (red, white and blue paper card). We do not participate in any Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C).
All services are by appointment. While we try to accommodate the needs of our existing patients, we do not provide any emergency services.

There may be occasions when other services are provided. The office staff will be happy to answer any questions or concerns about invoicing and payment. An invoice will be provided after completion of the service which can be submitted as an out-of-network claim. All information needed for processing the claim will be contained in the invoice.
Dr. Nover, Ms. Shuart and Ms. Decker may order laboratory testing which may or may not be covered by your insurance plan. Specifically, genetic testing, such as offered by Genomind, is often a non-covered service by commercial insurance, including the Blue Shield network. Please check with your insurance provider to know what your out-of-pocket costs will be.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Payment may be made by major credit card, check or cash. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Accepted including health savings plans. Please speak to your clinician or the office manager if there are financial concerns.
